Directions : Peanut NoodlesIn a large bowl, combine 1 jar (8 fl. oz.) Thai Kitchen Peanut Satay Sauce, 1 sliced bell pepper, 1 sliced cucumber, 1 grated carrot, 1/2 tsp. salt, and 1 tsp. sugar. Mix thoroughly and set aside. Cook 7 oz. of Thai Kitchen Stir-Fry Rice Noodles or your favorite pasta.Drainwater from the noodlesand immediately toss warm noodles with peanut vegetable mixture to combine. Garnish with cilantro and crushed peanuts. Serves 2 to 4.Stir well before serving. Refrigerate afteropening.
