Directions : STOVETOP INSTRUCTIONS In a medium saucepan (8” diameter), bring 2½ cups of unsalted cold water to a boil. Pour the contents of both pouches into the boiling water and cook, over medium heat, uncovered, for 15 to 17 minutes. Cooking time may vary depending upon the kind of the used heating source. Stir occasionally until rice is al dente (tender but firm) and water is completely absorbed. Garnish with butter and cheese, if desired. MICROWAVE INSTRUCTIONS In an appropriate microwaveable bowl (2 quart), pour contents of both pouches and 2¼ cups of boiling, unsalted water and mix well. Cook on high for 16 to 18 minutes, until water is completely absorbed. Garnish with butter and cheese, if desired
